Our specialisation is the production of trimmings from chicken and turkey and baader meat of different degrees of grinding. For production we use raw material from Poland, obtained from proven and reliable suppliers. Modern equipment allows us to adjust with high flexibility the content of water, fat, protein or calcium in all our products.
The meat we produce is broadly used in the catering sector. It is used, for example, for the production of: sausages, kebabs, meat stuffing, patés, burgers, nuggets as well as high-quality petfood.
We have a state-of-the-art production line and our certified products fulfil the highest EU standards and norms. Due to the implementation of the HACCP, BRC and IFS control system, we ensure constant top quality.
