Starmeat Katowicz, Ignatowicz Sp.J. is one of the largest companies in Europe producing poultry minced meat.
We specialise in the production of trimmings, baader meat as well as mechanically separated chicken and turkey meat. We produce approximately 1,000 tonnes per week.
Domestic raw material suppliers, modern equipment and our own transportation fleet guarantee reliable quality of our meat. We have BRC and IFS certificates. We ensure high quality-price ratio and timely deliveries.We sell our products on all European markets as well as on such third-country markets as markets in Ukraine, Moldova, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Georgia and Kosovo. We plan to construct another cold store for 25,000 tonnes of meat. Everything we do is driven by our motto ‘Quality is the key to our success!’

General purpose of the project:
“Launching a poultry meat processing and mechanical separation plant with the use of innovative technological lines involving solutions to counteract climate change.”
The purpose of the operation will be achieved through the execution of relevant construction works and the purchase and installation of a technological line, as well as the implementation of a heat recovery system. The project will result in the creation of a modern plant for the production of mechanically separated meat and the introduction of new products to the market.
The operation is co-financed by the European Union under sub-measure 4.2. Support for investments in processing/marketing and/or development of agricultural products.
